The goal in BaZi is not to have all five elements equally balanced. Instead, the chart is analyzed to determine:
- Whether the Day Master is strong or weak.
- Which elements are helpful (favorable elements).
- Which elements create imbalance.
That's why two people can both be Wu Earth Day Masters yet have completely different career paths and luck patterns depending on the overall element distribution in their charts.
